Check the processing time
The procedure of visa application usually takes 3-4 weeks. It is always wise to lodge a study visa application well in advance. -
Determine how to apply
Students can file their study visa applications both online and in-person.- Online: To apply online, digital copies of the requested documents and a valid credit/debit card for fee payment is required.

Pay Processing Fee:
Visa fees, in addition to embassy charges, must be paid to complete the application process. This processing fee is non-refundable. Moreover, if the applicant’s spouse/common-law partner/children accompany him/her on a temporary visa, then appropriate processing fees must be paid for them.

Submit the application:
After depositing the fees, The applicant can submit the application. Following that, The applicant will receive a receipt containing a unique tracking number.
After approval, the applicant will receive a notification requesting a passport by the Canadian Government.
